Sidhe Far Trader

The Sidhe was designed as a low cost/low tech version of the popular far trader series. Several things work against this. First at TL-11, there is no c ompact fusion power planet, this requires the use of a fission power planet, whi ch requires incredible amounts of work to upkeep. The ship has a hard time being economical, but in the New Era, with low automation workstations installed, the crew swells to seven. No one would want to fly a Sidhe, but often, it is the only ship available. It shares the double bow configuration of the Empre ss Marva and Jayhawk.

The ship was designed with SSDS as presented in Starships.
