This cold and watery world was settled by Balzac after the Third Frontier War with the blessing of the Imperial government. The world provides many resources that the homeworld lacks, principally oceanic minerals like copper and cobalt. The world is ruled in common by a council appointed by the Six Federations, and the usual government structures are ignored for the common good. The world has been attacked on several occasions by Vampires trying to destroy the sizeable naval base built on the worlds large moon.
